Hello!

I consider myself spiritually oriented but also open minded. Very much an "animal" in spirit if you will. I'm a curious person, and because of that, I tend to dabble in a variety of special interests. I really love electronica, particularly trance and ambient, with some psytrance thrown in (John 00 Flemming in particular). I also love flashing and glowing things! I draw, do photography, cinematography, and write creatively when I get the chance. I work in the computer graphics and simulations field. I enjoy experiencing the outdoors with others. While I am fond of heights, I feel it is the path one travels that is important, not necessarily the distance or the height. It's like taking the freeway to get somewhere instead of criss-crossing along country roads. The former is faster and more productive time-wise, but I find the latter to be more rewarding and experiential. Of course, I certainly eye and hop on that freeway from time to time. I also enjoy backpacking, hiking, kayaking, climbing, snowshoeing...anything that gets me outside to explore this vast, beautiful state. I am looking to meet new people who have the potential to become friends.

In terms of conversation, I do enjoy talking about philosophy and politics, as long as the conversation can stay respectful. I am a very outward-looking person. Life is too amazing to /not/ think about such things from time to time. Even if the nature of things like spirituality and what not is inherently undefined, I have found that my understanding and appreciation for various points of views and ways of being has positively benefited from long walks on the beach or evenings spent looking up into the stars; the ability to occupying a small, conscious space within this vast universe is both humbling and profound.
