Hey it's your  friendly neighborhood otter here looking for a roommate. I'm looking for a roommate in the South Gastonia area. I've recently

started renting a nice trailer in a drug/crime free lot and I've been

looking for a roommate to help split the costs. I'm a pretty cool guy, I

don't smoke and would highly prefer a roommate who doesn't smoke. Also

no drugs, this includes pot. Drinking is fine as long as there aren't

any crazy parties or anything like that. Oh, and no pets. Yes yes I know

it's heresy to tell a furry they can't have pets, but this place is

charging $300 extra down for each pet if you bring in pets so yeah, pets will not

make your wallet happy. Unless they're fish... fish are fine. Rent would be $200 a month plus half of the

utilities, cable, and internet. Also the lot requires a criminal

background check before you move in if you liked the place and we got

along well together. *sighs* So, now that I got all of the details out... Anyone interested? :D
